Joseph (Joe) Rossi, CCIM
Managing Partner – Strategy & Investor Relations
Joe Rossi brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience with a proven track record in asset management, brokerage, portfolio analysis, and institutional investment. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Joe’s career includes senior roles at The St. Joe Company, Grubb & Ellis, and Lincoln Property Company. He currently serves as an Executive Vice President at Colliers International, focusing on investment sales across Central Florida. At TerraVive, he leads the firm’s strategic vision, investor communications, and financial structuring.

Ricard (Ric) Fertil, PharmD
Managing Partner – Operations & Asset Oversight
Ric Fertil brings more than 20 years of experience in acquiring, renovating, and managing multifamily properties across Florida. He has led the repositioning of multiple communities and currently oversees a portfolio of residential and commercial assets.
With a strong network of contractors, vendors, and leasing professionals, Ric ensures efficient, quality-driven execution across all phases of TerraVive’s projects. His operational leadership is focused on maximizing performance, reducing turnover, and driving long-term value through hands-on management.
